Support & Recovery Process for Clients Affected by Kinnara (Adrian Campbell & Hilton Wood)

Dear Valued Clients,

LUX Property Group acknowledges the situation faced by a number of individuals whose funds were diverted by Kinnara and its principals, including Adrian Campbell and Hilton Wood, into bank accounts controlled entirely by their entities.

Let us be clear:

LUX Property Group and its associated entities were not the recipient of these funds and have no legal obligation whatsoever to rectify this situation.

However, in good faith—and consistent with our commitment to genuine investors—LUX has elected to assist affected clients where possible.

OUR POSITION

While under no obligation, LUX Property Group is:
• Willing to assist eligible affected clients
• Willing to allocate land to qualifying individuals
• Working with authorities and cybercrime investigators
• Supporting recovery efforts where cooperation is provided

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. How do I claim land and move forward with LUX?

The process is simple:

You must provide:

  1. Proof of Payment
Evidence of funds paid to Kinnara or its associated entities, including:
    • Bank transfer records
    • Receipts
    • Contracts issued (even if later determined to be fraudulent)

  2. Cooperation with Authorities
All documentation may be provided to:
    • Indonesian Police
    • Australian authorities
    • Cybercrime investigators

This is critical to progressing action against those responsible.

  1. What happens if some affected clients do not apply?

Land allocated for assistance is structured and limited.

If affected clients:
• Do not apply
• Do not qualify
• Choose not to cooperate

Then:

Their allocations may be reassigned to those who do qualify.

This means:

➡️ Some compliant clients may receive more than one lot of land
➡️ In many cases, this could fully recover or exceed their intended investment value

  1. What happens after land is issued?

Once:
• Land is allocated
• Titles are prepared or settled
• Clients are registered

Then:
• The unenforceable investor contracts previously issued by Kinnara will be merged into and replaced by new individual investor contracts that are valid and enforceable under Indonesian law

In addition:
• Further police reports may be lodged in Indonesia and Australia
• LUX will continue assisting cybercrime investigators
• Evidence provided by clients will support actions against Kinnara and its principals

The objective remains:
To maximize pressure for asset recovery and accountability.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CLASS ACTIONS

LUX strongly advises caution.

If you are considering joining, or have joined, a class action funded or coordinated by Kinnara:

Seek independent legal advice immediately before taking such steps.

There is a reason Kinnara is funding and promoting such actions:

➡️ To deflect attention away from themselves
➡️ To divert you from pursuing the actual party you paid funds to
➡️ To avoid providing proof of where your money was transferred

THE CONSEQUENCES ARE REAL

If you proceed with such actions:
• You will not qualify for land allocation assistance from LUX
• You risk losing the opportunity to recover your intended investment through land ownership
• Your chances of recovery may be significantly reduced

Further:
• A class action against a party you never paid and do not hold a valid enforceable contract with is fundamentally flawed
• Contracts issued by Kinnara are expected to fail scrutiny

There is no verifiable evidence of meaningful construction funding, with approximately:

$494,000 AUD reportedly transferred out of ~ $10 million AUD collected
(less than 5%)

LUX notes:
• It may even elect to refund this ~$494,000 AUD, as it is not commercially viable to construct villas from such minimal funds

The key question remains:
Will Kinnara return the remaining funds?

CONDUCT & LEGAL RISK

Clients who have:
• Engaged in hostile or defamatory conduct toward LUX
• Participated in misleading campaigns (including WhatsApp groups)

May face:
• Disqualification from assistance
• Potential legal claims for damages
• Increased exposure if participating in coordinated actions

EXAMPLE SCENARIO

To illustrate:

If only 50% of affected clients choose NOT to join Kinnara-led actions and instead cooperate with LUX and authorities:

➡️ The LUX assistance allocation pool is redistributed
➡️ Qualifying clients may receive:
• Their original intended lot of land, PLUS
• An additional lot of land at no cost

This creates the potential for:

Full recovery—or better—of their intended investment.

SUMMARY – CLEAR PATH FORWARD

Step 1 – Secure Your Land Allocation

Qualify to have your land lot allocated by LUX Property Group.

This is critical.

As some clients may not apply or may be disqualified:

➡️ You may receive your original allocation
➡️ You may also receive an additional land lot

Step 2 – Assist Recovery & Enforcement Actions

Work with LUX Property Group and cybercrime investigators in Australia and Indonesia.

This cooperation:

➡️ Increases pressure on Kinnara and its principals
➡️ Strengthens the case for recovery of the missing millions
➡️ Supports potential prosecution and extradition actions

This may include:
• Criminal prosecution exposure in Australia or Indonesia
• Asset tracing and recovery

POTENTIAL UPSIDE

If asset recovery is successful:

➡️ Including potential recovery linked to projects such as “Saraya” (if confirmed as a destination of diverted funds)

Then:
• Clients may not only secure land
• But also have villas constructed using recovered funds

TIME SENSITIVE

The window to qualify is limited.

Clients currently involved in class actions are strongly advised to:

➡️ Withdraw urgently
➡️ Provide evidence
➡️ Engage directly with LUX and authorities

Failure to act may:
• Cement financial losses
• Remove eligibility for assistance
• Increase exposure to legal costs and damages

FINAL WORD

The path forward is clear:

Cooperate. Provide evidence. Work with authorities.

Those who do so stand the strongest chance of recovery.

Those who do not may unfortunately forfeit that opportunity.
